Philanthropic donor engagement director - (Austin, TX)

Job overview: Responsible for the general oversight, management of departmental staff, achieving set 4th annual strategic initiatives, and day to day operation of all donor development operations and business development operations including, but not limited to, all fund raising activities, promotions, special events, policies and procedures, record keeping, reporting to the Executive Director/Board and support for active volunteers.
