Loan Officer (Outside Sales) - (Philadelphia, PA)

Purpose: The Loan Officer will be responsible for sitting directly in a realtor office in Bryn Mawr and must be effectively self-generating mortgage loan production, referral sources, realtors, builders and consumer networking groups. This position is the backbone of Homeside by continually bringing in and closing loans to generate revenue for the company. When working in this position you will work directly with our retail sales team. Duties and Responsibilities: Originate quality loans by selling loan products and services to clients. Determine customer needs and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Generate new and repeat sales by providing product info and outstanding customer service. Maintain relationships with realtors, builders and consumer networking groups. Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications. Present price, credit and terms in accordance with workplace standards.
