Lifestyles Coordinator/Leasing Associate - (Keller, TX)

Churchill Residential is looking for an energetic Lifestyles Coordinator/Leasing Associate for its Evergreen at Keller Senior Living Community. Responsible for providing outrageous customer service by coordinating, scheduling and administrating resident activities. Will serve as the property's leasing representative, greeting prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community, and secure lease agreements from qualified persons. Recruits and trains volunteers. Prepares a monthly newsletter and activity calendar. Must have a current Texas driver's license. Strong communication expertise, written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents. An aptitude for basic office procedures and have a working expertise of Ms office products. Must portray a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance.
