Mortgage Credit Specialist - The Ascent Club - (Norcross, GA)

The Ascent Club Mortgage Credit Specialist The Ascent Club (TAC) Specialist will work directly with Century Communities/Wade Jurney home buyers to assist with improving their credit positions, enabling them to qualify for a mortgage loan with Inspire Home Loans.-- They will provide individual consultations to the home buyer while providing updates back to the Inspire Home Loans Loan Officer and the Director of The Ascent Club. Specific Duties: Work with Loan Officers and prospective home buyers to determine eligibility for TACCreate a personalized plan for each prospect enrolled in the program.-- Contact each prospect often to offer continual support while also keeping track of each prospects progressAssist homebuyers in developing budgeting skillsFacilitates Home Buyer Workshops geared toward both 1st time and seasoned homebuyers.-- -- Requirements 2+ years in mortgage industry background preferredBasic knowledge of mortgage credit reportsExcellent presentation, oral and written correspondence skills
