Account Leader (637) - (Pensacola, FL)

We are currently searching for an experienced manager to oversee building services operations within a major distribution facility in the Pensacola, FL area. This facility is a rapid paced, quick paced, dynamic environment that requires an experienced manager that has documented success in recruiting, training, scheduling and deploying a workforce. Our perfect candidate will be able to create a team culture within the facility that encourages the highest levels of performance, provides coaching and mentoring as needed and creates synergies and efficiencies that maximize the utilization of their workforce. He or she will engage and communicate with their team on a regular and consistent basis to identify and resolve issues as they arise while seeking the highest levels of service delivery. This position will require the manager to travel across town to several buildings. 401K with company match. Paid vacation and holidays. Must pass drug screen, experience investigation and complete a short assessment.
