The istant Culinary Inventory Specialist (Food Auditor) is responsible to conduct, oversee, and/or manage client et audits with a goal to optimize the client's food profitability. In this role, the Food Auditor will manage as they conduct periodic on-site client visits (weekly or bi-weekly) thereby performing the duties and responsibilities ociated with inventory control and management. The Food Auditor will also perform client audits as required. Using our proprietary technology, the Food Auditor will, perform an accurate inventory count via scanner, enter the control data into our system, download sales data from the client's POS, analyze the results, and prepare an electronic report which will be sent to the client as a deliverable.
