Production and inventory analyst - (Franklin, MA)
Summary Primary role: Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will be responsible for daily management of customer order queue, analyzing our inventory, and aligning production labor to ensure the timely delivery of product and services. This role will cover both internal Spencer production as well as the management of our 3rd party partners. Spencer is responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient inventory and labor available to fulfill customer inventory requests to support their maintenance and project service agreements. The understanding is that Spencer will manage inventory levels for all parts, and act preemptively to coordinate inventory replenishment as required by each customer statement of work. This individual will be a member of Spencers Shared Services Division. The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time.
