Overview Cedar Point is seeking an Area Manager to assist in the operation of Quaker Steak & Lube at Cedar Point. This position will focus on guest facing operations. This individual will ensure quality and cost control of food, beverage, and service at all times while achieving all budgetary goals. This individual is expected to continually seek to improve standards within Quaker Steak & Lube and Cedar Point.Requirements High-school diploma or GED At least 2-four years related skills in high volume food and beverage operations Passionate about understanding and creating an exceptional guest and associate experience like no other Expertise to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs Expertise to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law Expertise to pass a experience investigation, if eighteen years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment
