Help Desk Technician - (Tulsa, OK)

Position description We are currently looking to fill a Help Desk Technician position with a Tulsa company. Perfect candidate will have at least two years of background as a Help Desk Technician and be able to efficiently and effectively diagnose PC problems related to software and hardware. Shift: Day Hours: 8am-5pm Starting Pay: $15 Essential Position duties: Provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution to all internal computer users Clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner Provide one-on-one end-user training as needed Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone for approved Personal Computer (PC) software. Monitor and respond quickly and efficiently to requests received through the IT helpdesk Respond to customer queries by phone and email Create step-by-step training material with screenshots for customers
