Virtual Banking Specialist SUMMARY Virtual Banking Specialists provide high-quality personalized banking services while assisting customers with account transactions and requests received via the Virtual Banking Machine (VBM). This position will build relationships with customers utilizing the VBM and identify service and sales opportunities. The position will process banking transactions in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner.
