Maintenance Team Lead - (Riverside, CA)

Luxfer Superform is hiring for Maintenance Supervisor. This position will efficiently and effectively manage, lead and assume responsibility for the maintenance department, ensuring internal customer satisfaction at all times. To support the procurement and introduction to the site of additional and upgraded production equipment through liaison with all necessary internal personnel and external supplier contracts. Implementation and management of an effective preventative maintenance program. Responsible for the management of maintenance stocks, to achieve specified objectives and targets through the application of procedures and systems, people development and continuous improvement, keeping down-time to an absolute min, while contributing to the safe and efficient running of production processes and cost-effective use of down-time.
