Corporate Risk Analyst - (Franklin, TN)

Corporate Risk Analyst Assisting, coaching and collaborating with facility Risk Managers on the day to day management of the Acadia Risk Management Program. The Risk Analyst must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Responsibilities: one Coach Facility Risk Managers on a daily basis via phone. two Manage the Acadia Corporate Risk Management Program for assigned facilities. three Review all new incidents to determine if documentation is complete and request any additional details as needed from the field Risk Managers. four Prepare and maintain the "incident investigation tracking log". five Complete telephonic follow ups when documentation is missing or additional details is required. six Review documentation to ascertain corrective action plan to make ensure incident does not reoccur. seven Review completion of documentation for inventory and closure of incident file.
