Position title : Attorney (Part-time) [W] Department: Legal Reports to : General Counsel Corporate Lawyer FLSA Status: Exempt EEO: Professionals This opportunity provides part-time junior corporate attorney assistance to the General Counsel and groups reporting to the legal department. Will serve primarily in the preparation of general corporate legal documents; corporate filings and registrations; updating/maintaining minute books and other corporate records; drafting letters, contracts, amendments and other instruments; assisting with litigation management and documentation; and other tasks given from time to time. The perfect candidate will be experienced in handling a broad range of legal support related tasks, demonstrate a high-level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality, handling sensitive details with tact, discretion and judgment.
