Kennedy Sutherland LLP is seeking an associate attorney to join its financial institution's operations and regulatory practice. We are seeking a talented and motivated team player with either financial institution background or relevant law background. The Firm has been actively engaged in representing banks, bank holding companies, and other financial institutions for over thirty years and has clients in Texas and across the United States. This practice includes consumer compliance issues, representation in enforcement actions, development of policies and procedures, as well as preparation of a wide array of templates for financial institution products and services. Preferred applicants are those with relevant background or those who have worked successfully in a large firm environment seeking to make a qualitative lifestyle change and to assume more direct responsibility. Salary and bonus subject to background level.
