Kennedy Sutherland LLP is seeking an associate attorney to join its corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions practice. We are seeking a talented and motivated team player with relevant securities law background. The Firm has been actively engaged in representing banks, bank holding companies, their officers, directors, and shareholders for over thirty years and has corporate clients in Texas and across the United States. In addition to banking industry ability, we also represent large family-owned and growth and startup businesses and nonprofits with capital raising, corporate governance and specific financing transactions including opportunity zone and tax credit equity financings (New Markets, Historic, Renewable Energy and Low-Income Housing tax credit programs).
