A Myrtle Beach, SC area Law Firm seeks a Workers Compensation Paralegal/Legal istant. QUALIFICATIONS: - MUST have 3+ years Worker's Compensation experience. - ociates in Paralegal and/or a Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of Claimant's Workers Compensation experience. - Experience in casmanagement softward. - MUST have excellent communication & prioritizing skills. - Excellent computer skills. - Type 50+ wpm. - Proficient in Ms office. - Able to manage a large caseload in a fast paced environment. - Exceptional issue solving abilities with strong attention to detail. - Experience with Workers' Compensation Commission - Experience drafting and gathering and organizing documents and batestamping Briefs - Experience requesting medical bills & records.
