Downtown Law Firm has an immediate opening for a legal istant/paralegal with excellent organization skills. The candidate should have 3 years of experience in performing a variety of duties for multiple attorneys. Preferred abilities are: good written and verbal communication skills, positive client interaction, electronic filing, typing and revising legal documents, maintaining calendar deadlines, ability to operate independently, and preserving confidentiality at all times.
