MIne General Production Supervisor- OH - (Cleveland, OH)

The Mine General Supervisor manages the aspects of the undergroundmine production activities that include adherence to EHS standards andpractices, supervision, project management, production, ground controlmanagement, employee engagement, employee development and costs. Providetechnical knowledge, operation background and management expertise in thecoordination of all elements of the underground production operation on adaily/weekly basis. Interface with the maintenance department to attain shortand long term asset utilization and availability goals. The General ProductionSupervisor will have responsibilities across all three operations shift thatrequires them to routinely work all three shifts.Principal Accountabilities40% Effective safety and performance management of direct andindirect reports.25% Communicating effectively.
