Warehouse Returns Lead - (St Paul, MN)

In order to continue our accelerated growth and get there, we are seeking a talented “Warehouse Returns Lead” to define and execute this vision. The role is a mix of receiving inbound shipments, processing returns & optimizing organization strategy. You’ll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, consumer electronic immersed environment. The role demands analytical thinking, well-honed warehouse knowledge, bold initiative, and a mentality that the entire process is crucial to the success of a growing company. Essential duties and responsibilities Assist in shipping, receiving, and management of the check-in process for returned merchandise. Receiving, checking quality and quantity, placing into inventory and shipping of returned merchandise. Executes warehouse management by sorting and placing returned materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins in accordance to organizational standards.
