Warehouse Admin Clerk/Receiver - (Oakland, CA)

Pet Food Express is seeking its newest Admin Clerk/Receiver. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain administrative skills and an understanding of inventory control, distribution, refills, store deliveries, and clerical – while still performing physical receiving and organizational tasks for a portion of their weekly shift (roughly 60% clerical & 40% receiving). What you’ll do: Receive inbound shipment, process inbound PO’s, reconcile PO quality against packing list. Split time between physical receiving and performing administrative receiving tasks. Perform verification audits – review for PO discrepancies vs. physically received inventory Manage receiving and inventory handling processes, PO processing and reconciliation, complete receiving documentation, and process variances Track warehouse productivity and provide weekly reports for managers Operate ERP/WMS programs What you’ll need: Critical thinking, quantitative, and issue solving abilities
