Temp six to 8 Week Project FT 9am to 5pm Monday Through Friday Pay level: $16.00/ Hour My client in Worcester, Ma. is looking for a quick paced, team member to add to their team as a Claims Representative. Responsibilities: -Manage active claims, as assigned. -Responsible to handle a given caseload while adhering to department time standards with quality performance. -Expertise to gather and review data from different sources and make recommendations to be reviewed by trainer/leader and process decision. -Identify claims that need additional reviews, initiate and implement the appropriate reviews under supervision. -Expertise to review and understand medical and financial records. -Understand and effectively utilize various investigative tools.
