You may review, modify, or update your info by visiting and logging into your account.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Understands and analyzes credit scores, bankruptcy navigator scores, debt to income ratios and loan to value analysis* Possesses a thorough understanding and capable of analyzing financial statements* Reviews paystubs, W2 income, and analyzes consumer tax returns for income verification of candidates* Reviews appraisals for loans secured by real estate to ensure the collateral meets the Bank's standards* Provides exceptional analytical and judgmental skills to underwrite a loan request for approval, counter offer or declination and documents loan decisions within the sales pro system* Maintains a good knowledge of the Bank's lending policies
