Claims Processor - Pharmacy Technician - (Vancouver, WA)

PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a broad range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities Assisted living/residential care centers Behavioral health communities Correctional facilities We are seeking full-time Claims Processor to support our Vancouver facility. This position provides pharmacy office services by ensuring claims are submitted and paid prior to medication leaving the pharmacy. The position will be trained in 3rd party adjudication, calling insurance companies, answering questions regarding medication coverage and authorizations, and submitting claims. This position is scheduled from Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Primary Functions: 1. Maintain current and good standing with Washington Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Assistant. 2. Works with Pharmacists to determine claims are ran accurately, and provide alternatives if appropriate at the direction of a pharmacist.
