Personal Insurance Account Manager - AMSURE - (Saratoga Springs, NY)
SUMMARY: The Personal Insurance Account Manager is an inside sales and service representative for the insurance agency's Personal Insurance clients. A successful Account Manager is an excellent communicator, an expert in personal insurance coverage and service and facile with the Agency's computer systems. The Account Manager must understand the details of their assigned clients' insurance program, document the insurance coverage terms and conditions accurately in the agency's management system and be able to effectively communicate insurance concepts to their clients. Additionally, the Account Manager will review and analyze insurance policies to ensure accuracy. Furthermore, the Account Manager will be able to evaluate and assess an individual or family's exposure to risk and loss and implement insurance programs to mitigate that risk.
