And will react to negative and hostel situations in a professional manor to de-escalate and defuse bad situations when appropriate. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; inspecting buildings, parking garage, equipment, and access points; permitting entry when appropriate. When asked this position will escort staff to their vehicles. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
