Quality Assurance Technician - (Lima, OH)

Superior Forge & Steel Corporation is currently hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for our operation in Lima, OH. The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for participating in all aspects of product quality and assists with maintaining our quality system. Responsibilities: Performs data entry of deviations and scrap product Maintains open deviations and cost reports Creates and distributes Quality Certificates for shipment of product Assists in the maintenance of quality records Performs data entry of RMA’s as needed Helps with corrective action process when needed Helps develop and maintain statistical quality assurance charts and systems Maintains quality related equipment and fixtures Adheres to all company safety policies, procedures, work instructions, and standards Performs general housekeeping in department work areas and offices Perform other department duties, as assigned Physical demands & Environmental Conditions: Must be capable of lifting up to 20 pounds
