Accounts Payable Specialist - (Winter Springs, FL)

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Longwood, FL. Responsibilities Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Enter credit card transactions, obtain proper documentation and reconcile monthly statement Process check requests and expense reports Communicate with vendors and investigate and resolve problems Attach electronic files to all AP invoices and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Maintain accounts payable files File 1099 forms Fill out vendor credit applications Projects and Ad Hoc reporting as needed Answer phones as a back up to the front desk receptionist as neede Education High-school certificate or equivalent required Degree in accounting preferred
