ID 2018-3459 Job Location(s) US-MA-Lexington Job category Permanent - Full-time More details about this job: Overview The Sales Compensation Analyst will play a role in calculation, analysis and maintenance of the sales compensation plan, in addition to participating in the annual planning process. This role is based in the Sales Operations team and supports the Sales Operations leaders to work cross-functionally with finance, GTM and human resources to build and administer sales compensation packages, serve as the liaison between sales operations and the internal IT team, and work with Finance around expense accrual planning. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Calculate commission accruals and payments on a monthly basis. Coordinate plan changes with sales management. Generate pay packages for new hires and manage pay packages for role changes among the GTM team. Build and maintain reporting capabilities for management reporting and analysis on sales compensation and performance.
