Responsibilities Performing staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and total rewards policies and programs in multiple countries Developing and participating in compensation surveys to analyze company's competitive position Reviewing proposed salary adjustments and offer packages for conformance to established guidelines and recommending corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems Supporting executive and Board of Director compensation and governance Designing and managing stock (e.g., options, RSUs, PRSUs) and incentive-based compensation programs Background implementing/managing compensation structures, relocation guidelines
