Temporary Operations Support Administrator Summary of Position The Operations Support Administrator will support the operations and off-premise team with daily reporting, tracking, communication, and analysis of all Off Premise business including third Party, Take-out, and Catering. In addition this individual will assist with any additional operations tracking systems. Overall Responsibilities and Duties third Party Tracking/Support * Field questions/issues/concerns from restaurants, guests, and/or third Party companies. * Process all new and expanding third Party requests and vet with sales data. * Compile and communicate all company rollout details with third Party companies. * Compile and track third Party rollouts, integrations, and follow up. Catering/Take-Out/Self-Delivery Support * Coordinate any new off premise initiative, including communication, tracking and follow up. * Collaborate with other departments on initiatives and contracts. * Complete all delivery driver/CBA experience checks.
