Landscaping, Ground Maintenace - (Tampa, FL)

Landscaping, Ground Maintenace Job function: Maintain landscaping onsite and assist personnel with site projects. Require continuous standing and walking, frequent exertion of six to twenty pounds, and occasional exertion of 21 to 60 lbs. You must be willing to work in various temperature and weather conditions. Major Duties: Duties shall include but, not be limited to cutting lawn and field grass using ride-on, stand-on, and/or walk-behind lawn mower. Prune and/or trim hedges, shrubs, and trees using power and non-power hedger trimmer and/or saw. Perform weed abatement using power and non-power weed trimmer and/or shovel. Plant, fertilize, and water grass lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed. Apply herbicide, insecticide, and pesticide when required. Repair and replace landscape sprinkler system when required. Repair and/or replace chain link and barb-wire fencing. Maintain parking lots keep clean and free of debris.
