Continuous Improvement Engineer - (Hager City, WI)

Description Meyer Utility Structures, a subsidiary of Arcosa, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer for our plant located in Hager City, WI. As a Continuous Improvement Engineer you will analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure that continuous improvement projects are implemented to improve overall quality and safety performance throughout the business unit, train and coach plant personnel on the use of continuous improvement methodologies, lead 5-S Audits-perform with each team, and follow-up to ensure measurement and sustainment of Lean activities. The CI Engineer role will report directly to the CI Manager at the facility. What you'll do: * Provide assistance to the Manufacturing Plant to achieve max performance. * Implement Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement throughout the organization using Lean and 6 Sigma principles. * Influence and partners with plant personnel on improvement opportunities. * Facilitate Kaizen lean practices and principles.
