Job overview The Applications Engineer is responsible for the ongoing technical evaluation& support of products in his/her field application. Accountabilities include: Ongoing analysis of product performance for production product in the field. Use analysis to feed data into decision making process with product management and highlight concerns to the organization Product field technical support to assist RSS team as needed Coordination of all beta activities for systems product line Travel to customer sites to assist with training, troubleshooting, audits, etc. Document qualifications during customer site visits and feed into product management team for consideration Monitor technology changes in the market and use that knowledge to support product roadmaps and qualifications process Provide technical training for the product line to Neptune& Distributor personnel Primary interface for technical writing team for product manuals for systems product line Support product marketing with development of technical
