Program Manager Norfolk, VA Job ID# 13060 We are seeking a Program Manager to support the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic Professional Services contract. This contract will assist NAVFAC with their capital program throughout their Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities: * The Program Manager shall be the primary technical and managerial interface between the Contractor and KO located at NAVFAC MIDLANT, Naval Station Norfolk, Building Z-140. The Program Manager will have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations. * The Program Manager shall be the Contractor's authorized point of contact with the Government KO. The Program Manager shall be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
