Federal Contract Compliance Manager - (Hopkins, MN)

Position Purpose & Summary This position is responsible for managing Cargill’s compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action laws and regulations and will act as the primary liaison between Cargill and the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). The individual in this position will lead a team of 3 Employee Relations Specialists who facilitate Cargill’s U.S. Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and pay equity analysis and support other compliance activities. Additionally, this position is responsible for developing and providing training and other tools to aid Market Human Resources and Businesses with their compliance. This position also handles other compliance related responsibilities and employee relations duties as assigned.
