Survivor Services Supervisor - (Moline, IL)

Family Resources is looking for a professional, dedicated, and organized Survivor Services Supervisor. This position will manage the Illinois domestic violence and rape crisis services and serve as an agent for social change in the Illinois service area. The program supervisor will have some level of involvement in the following areas: governance, leadership, community relations, program management, financial management and personnel management. They will be responsible for supervising all Illinois funded advocates, counselors, and community educators in the Illinois DV/SA services. These responsibilities are carried out under the direction of the Survivor Services Resources Director. The program supervisor must possess and exhibit exceptional judgment, outstanding verbal and written correspondence abilities, and the expertise to supervise and lead a team. Successful performance will require access to reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
