Global Product Manager, Shoulder Repair - (Andover, MA)

Position overview SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Market Manager - REGENETEN, this role is responsible for managing a defined set of products within a franchise. Assignments include working with US sales leadership and regional and in-country marketing teams to gain insight into local market dynamics, collecting voice of customer feedback, and consolidating input into the development of the Global Product Plan. The Market Manager will assist the Sr. Market Manager with developing and driving the Global Product Plan. The Market Manager will serve as the Marketing function lead on product development teams as appropriate for the assigned franchise. The Market Manager will prepare financial analyses and business plans to support new product development programs, gather competitive intelligence, and develop relevant market models to support their assigned product categories.
