Promotes Food Safety, Quality, Sanitation and Continuous improvement, and meeting or exceeding internal, Regulatory and Customer expectations. Job overview: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Manages and administers necessary sanitation qualifications to support the needs for all 3 shifts meeting Production and Food safety qualifications. * Leads and provides plan for training and guidance to the Sanitation team; promotes the generalist concept with the sanitation staff in the assembly and disassembly of processing equipment and maintain SOPs documentation. * Manages and leads the Master Sanitation Schedule and Equipment Cleaning Procedures (SOPs). * Maintains Blue Diamond Food Safety Quality and Sanitation practices that meet or exceed internal, Regulatory and Customer expectations.
