Director of Crisis Services - (Rockville, MD)

Cornerstone Montgomery is accepting applications for the fast-paced and exciting position of Director of Crisis Services. The Director will have overarching responsibility for all aspects of the Residential Crisis Services (RCS) and Assertive Community Team (ACT) programs. This position leads teams of dedicated and committed supervisors, and direct support professionals. As Director, you will work together with the Medical Director to manage RCS and ACT in regards to prescriber oversight and management. The perfect applicant will have an eye for quality assurance and detail, strong leadership abilities, a high sense of urgency, reliable follow through, direction and management of program and program development and, a strong passion for serving our community.
