Public Works Specialist/Water Operator - (Eagle Point, OR)

Public Works Specialist/Water Operator The City of Eagle Point is recruiting for the full-time position of Public Works Specialist (Water). This new permanent position was recently approved and will be in addition to our existing staff. Primary duties include completing locates and repairs to the water system, water sample tests, water leak repairs, and monitoring and operating the SCADA system, pump stations and reservoirs, and responding to customer requests related to the water system. There will also be duties related to other Public Works functions such as maintenance to the park, street and storm water systems. This is a highly skilled position and involves strong customer service skills. This position may also be filled as a Public Works Technician (Water) depending on requirements. The wage for the Specialist position is $4,273 - $4,955 per month.
