Below is a description of the position background. Preference is made to those candidates who provide proof of successful completion or proof of class enrollment with the understanding that training will be completed within 60 days of hire for the training listed below. Responsibilities Work background in commercial construction with: solid surface, door frame installation, door hardware, specialties, millwork, finish trim, metal stud wall systems, drywall ceiling & soffit framing, layout, hanging drywall.Training requirements: aerial lift certification, scaffold erector, power actuated tools, layout, certified welder, City of Chicago swing stage training.
