Do you want to make a difference while working from your home office? Bright Background, a new service by Bright Talent, is an old school/new school idea to help companies manage candidate responses. Corporate recruiting teams are often overwhelmed by applicants responding to job openings posted on career centers. The consequence being many applicants cannot get the details they need or feedback they seek about the company. This is where you can help as a Recruiter Associate. Utilizing a call center system in your home office, the Recruiter Associate (RA) will act as a representative for our client(s) to support the recruiting team in improving candidate background during the recruiting process.
