Compensation and Benefits Administrator - (Fairview Park, OH)

Job description The part time Compensation & Benefits Administrator is responsible for coordinating and administering employee leave of absences, facilitating the benefit enrollment process, conducting compensation assessment of company job descriptions, and providing general human resources support for the company. This is a part time position with weekly hours anticipated to be between 24 to 30. Essential Job Functions 1. Administers leave of absence requests by partnering with outside vendors and internal leadership to effectively manage the overall leave process 2. Manages and facilitates the benefit enrollment process for new hires and for employees who have qualifying events 3. Assesses job descriptions by analyzing the scope of responsibilities and aligning position compensation to the labor market 4. Assists with new-hire orientations and the benefit open enrollment process 5. Facilitates the insurance billing process and assists with budget expense tracking 6.
