Project Engineer - (Milwaukee, WI)

Position Purpose: The Project Engineer II is responsible for executing capital and expense projects using the appropriate project management tools including PDP/PPM/Build and Project Management Guidelines. This involves leading and managing the full lifecycle of the project from scope evaluation to funds request to execution, start-up and closeout. This position will be responsible for process design work, project scope development, bid package development and contract negotiations, equipment and instrumentation selection, installation, contractor management, commissioning and startup as well as development and adherence to project budget and schedule for multiple capital projects on a plant-wide basis. This position may also be responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing Project Engineer I, Associate engineers and engineering intern/coop students. The Project Engineer II will provide engineering support for their Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate North America location and may support other CCCNA locations.
