RN Clinical Charge Nurse - 3 South Med Surg, Palm Bay Hospital, Full-time - (Palm Bay, FL)

Description: The Clinical Charge Nurse is responsible and accountable to be fully engaged in providing Quality / No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by coordinating, directing and assisting in the planning and delivery of quality patient care for the assigned shift in accordance with the standards of care and practice, protocols, and facility policy and procedure in a timely, cost-effective manner. Represents and supports leadership vision and priorities in a positive manner. Primary Accountabilities Ensures the delivery of quality patient care for the shift and participates as a member of the unit leadership team in focusing on care delivery for the unit. Collaborates with physicians and other departments determining patients' needs for nursing care and in treatment planning, resolves and/or facilitating resolution of patient related problems.
