Assisted Living Facility - Nurse Manager (RN) - (Portland, OR)

In this role, your Nursing and Leaderships skills will ensure that quality nursing care is provided to the residents and you will direct the day-to-day functions of the Caregiver staff. Duties may include, but not limited to, meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan the shift services, programs, and activities. As the Assisted Living facility - Nurse Manager you will also be responsible for the delegation of nursing tasks to non-certified staff that work in the Assisted Living community. The ALF RN Manager is supported by a full time LPN.The qualified applicant will have a RN license in the State of Oregon and must have Nursing Supervisor background. Background working in the mental health sector of healthcare is a plus. Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and/or Home Health Nursing background is strongly desired.
