LPN - Night - (Forest Grove, OR)

As a LPN you will be responsible for the administering of medications to the residents as ordered by the attending physician, the nurse supervisor, charge nurse and/or the Director of Nursing Services. Position qualifications include, but are not limited to: * Administer medications to residents. * Refill and clean the stock cart. * Administer medications in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures and practices of the facility and the qualifications of the state. * Perform other nursing duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Background in a healthcare setting working with the geriatric population is required. Strong technical skills are a must due to the use of an electronic medical records system.
