The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Standardization/Evaluation and Quality Assurance Manager. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Policy and Evaluations Branch, ensuring that Quality Assurance complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Performs personnel management responsibilities. Structures assignments and reviews work based on priorities and deadlines, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of the employees. As a Communications Standardization and Evaluation and Commander?s Inspection Program lead, provides the Squadron Commander with key indicators to judge the unit activity?s expertise to meet mission requirements.
