Part-Time Dishwasher Opening - (Mechanicsville, VA)

Covenant Woods is looking for a part time dishwasher to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of pots, pans, utensils and other kitchen supplies. He or she will perform routine food service tasks, under direct supervision, to include: receiving and storage of foods; cleaning and sanitizing of work areas, equipment, and dishware; assistance with food preparation and other duties as requested. Set up and operate dish-machine for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, trays, silverware, glassware, and pots and pans. Scrape, separate, and organize items. Note and record dish-machine temperatures. Report low temperatures or machine malfunctions immediately. Transport to, set up, work, and breakdown beverages, glassware, and related supplies in dining area. Clean area throughout and after meal period and replenish to ensure no interruption in service. Set up and use the three-compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing pots and pans. Sweep and mop kitchen floors following specified procedures. Remove trash.
