Senior Immigration Associate Attorney - (Atlanta, GA)

job ID:o3ea154614 Atlanta office of our client seeks senior associate attorney with 6-ten years of prior background in criminal defense and/or immigration (removal defense / family-based). The applicant will be responsible for legal operations consistent with the Firms mission and values overseeing the activities and production of the Legal Team (Paralegal, Legal Assistants and any Junior Associates) and playing a key role in managing the client relationship. Will be understanding many nuances of CrImmigration law; meeting potential new clients (PNC) for strategic immigration consultations; determining necessary strategy for PNC based on their goal and articulating the importance/value of hiring firm; client counseling and explanation of strategy/expectations; drafting
